Building a bank for the unbanked

I was the first product hire, led early MVP development, and was tasked with product strategy at banQi, a Brazilian digital bank startup. With insights from focus groups in a São Paulo favelas and extensive remote testing, we created an app that helped those without access to bank branches, ATMs, or credit cards.Stack: Android (native) and iOS (React) apps, Node.js, Jira/Confluence, Figma, Looker

Bringing insights to digestive health

As part of a larger project centered around low-code/AI tools, I built an IBS risk assessment tool that provides insights into conditions that may be contributing to digestive issues.Stack: Xano (low-code backend), Next.js, Figma, Notion.

Simplifying treasury purchases and bills

Treasuries are notoriously hard to purchase. Online bill payments require multiple logins. At Onyx, I spearheaded the ability to buy treasury bills in just a few clicks and pay for your credit card bills within the a single digital banking experience. API integrations and smart logic on our end helped us bring these features to life.

Using no-code to build an MVP... Fast

Building an MVP is often the primary focus of an early startup. Building it quickly and getting feedback from users is often the best strategy. As a product advisor at Revonate, I worked with the founders and the amazing team at Báchoo Design to create a proof-of-concept for their construction project management tool. Using Adalo, a low-code app development platform, I was able to build a demo in less than a month from our first product meeting.Stack: Adalo, Figma, Notion

Solving last-mile logistics for alcohol

My first web/app product development experience, DrinkIn was a startup bringing real-time delivery logistics to a alcohol industry notorious for its regulatory hurdles. We built an eStore for Boston-area residents to get alcohol delivered to their homes in a pre-UberEats era.
